The vote was tied and the committee Chair, used his casting vote to approve the application.

We attended the meeting on Thursday 26th September 2024,

The proposed site is situated behind Kings Barn Lane, starting at number
17 Kings Barn Lane and running the length of the residential road
This is going to the planning committee for a decision in the summer 2024
